A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Off-Peak Stays: Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are fully refundable.
After this period, a penalty of one night’s stay per room will be applied.
Peak period reservations require a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Deposits made for peak period reservations are non-refundable.
If you anticipate arriving after the first day of your reservation, please notify us in advance. If we do not hear from you by the published check-out time on your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and all remaining nights will be cancelled.

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Zoazo is unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
A cleaning fee of USD $150 will be charged for in-room smoking.
Guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID from a CARICOM member state at check-in. Accepted forms of ID include a driver’s license, national ID card, or permanent resident card. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
Zoazo’s dining experience and Bar 87 observe a considered dress code. Swimwear, sportswear, and loungewear are not permitted.
Guests are encouraged to dress in keeping with the atmosphere of the space.
