A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Off-Peak Stays: Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are fully refundable.
After this period, a penalty of one night’s stay per room will be applied.
Cancellation terms for peak periods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
If we do not hear from you by check-out time on the first day of your reservation, the remainder of your booking will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival or no-shows.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Zoazo is unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
A cleaning fee of USD $150 will be charged for in-room smoking.
Zoazo’s dining experience and Bar 87 observe a considered dress code. Swimwear, sportswear, and loungewear are not permitted.
Guests are encouraged to dress in keeping with the atmosphere of the space.
